DO ITTT Fitness is a fitness industry set out to help people achieve their fitness goals and live a healthier lifestyle. DO ITTT Fitness sessions run for 60 minutes, which include a 10 minute warm up and 10 minute cool down, and 40 minute training at a high, medium low intensity depending on what the client’s goals are.
We have several forms of training methods including: my expertise in bodybuilding and sculpting male and female physiques. We also offer boot camp classes a couple nights a week held evening as well. Anytime fitness is well-known and its open 24/7 so it’s really convenient for most people and it’s different to other gyms We offer: 1 on 1 sessions -2 on 1 sessions -Boot Camp classes
