Being able to help people on their health and fitness journey has been a great privilige. It takes a certain amount of trust to let someone guide you through something like that, and it can be scary and frustrating at times to make sacrifices to get to be the person we want to become.
I've so far met some amazing people that have taught me - directly or indirectly - what works and what doesnt. And the sheer variety of personalities that I'm exposed to has definitely opened my mind to understanding struggles and perspectives I never thought of!
It's been just about a year of coming back into Personal Training and Lifestyle coaching after a long long break, but it has not only given me the opportunity to save lives through preventation of disease through exercise, but has also helped me become the person I am today.
So, here's to many more years of whatever may come our way, to the many ideas and projects that are brewing in the background, to helping as many people as I can find joy in movement and to sparking acceptance for people's mental health and struggles.
