That’s a wrap for part 1🏁

A long intense week..I was warned it was tough and man I should’ve listened!😅

The week began with theory, then quickly shifted into long days of practical work and workouts.
Fun? Yes.
Brutal? Absolutely.🤣

The platinum instructor course taught me so much , not only a deeper insight into the body but taught me another level of coaching I can’t wait to perfect.

Coming from a PT background, it’s easy to focus on pushing clients with habits/ accountability and teaching exercises. Stepping into Pilates has reminded me how important safety on control, and movement quality are . Especially in a new environment with different demands on the body🧘‍♀️

Now onto part 2 of face to face instructing under the wing of the lovely mentors at .

Here I come!🚀

Deaken has absolutely earned this👏👏

✅ 12kg down
✅ 3cm off his hips
✅ 14cm off his waist

Deaken’s goals were to lose weight and increase his muscle and strength. ⬇️

Deaken picked up his core habits very quickly. Learning about nutrition and prioritising his protein and weights at the beginning of his journey. Slowly started implementing running and cardio to assist his weight loss later on and is always striving to improve his time!

He showed strong commitment and discipline and coming up to the Christmas period he didn’t lose any time getting back on track in the new year!🎉

Deaken’s goal for 2026 is to run his first half marathon and improve his time. I have no doubt he will achieve it!👏👏

This is the result of coaching, structure, and habits that last ..not guesswork🙂‍↕️

Feeling stuck in a weight loss plateau is common! Yet it can lead us to thinking we’ve failed and losing motivation!😬

It definitely doesn’t mean you’ve failed! ⬇️

As you lose weight, your body gets lighter, kind of like carrying a backpack that slowly gets lighter.

At the start, moving takes more effort.
Over time, the same habits burn less energy.

That doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
It means your body has adapted!! Yay!🥰

Plateaus don’t need extremes or punishment.
They usually just need small, smart adjustments. For example;

➡️ few hundred more steps a day or an additional 10-15 min walk! ( easy ways to reeaxh this is by parking further away from the shops, take stairs instead of escalator/lift, taking a slightly longer route)

➡️ tracking the hidden calories such as sauces, oils etc.

➡️ decreasing portions by avg 100 cals (est! Based of my own!)

There’s ways around it, you just need to figure out what fits!!🥰🥰

The scale is only one data point and it’s not ALWAYS the most reliable one👀

If your clothes fit looser, your strength is improving, cravings are at a low, or you’re feeling more energised throughout the day, those are all signs your body is changing.👏

Fat loss doesn’t always show up immediately on the scale, especially when you’re building muscle at the same time.

Progress is happening more often than you think.

This year took a lot from me.

It made me question myself, my choices, and slowly chipped away at my self-esteem.

I thought about it for months, couldn’t push myself to do it thinking i need to be smaller, i need to be better , I need to look like XYZ..
So I bit the bullet, pushed myself out of my comfort zone (and apparently out of my all-black outfits too 👀), and booked a photoshoot.

All three shoots came back this week… and looking through them made me feel genuinely happy and proud of myself again. They’re proof that confidence comes back when you choose yourself again.

2026 is going to be a killer year. 🖤⚡️

Consistency isn’t just a habit.. it’s the foundation of every transformation.

My clients didn’t lose 5kg, 10kg, or even 20kg overnight. They showed up on the days they were motivated, and especially on the days they weren’t. They learned that small choices and habits repeated daily become big results.

My coaching is built on that principle: progress over perfection, effort over excuses, and long-term habits over quick fixes. 👏👏

Huge accomplishment from these legends. We’re not quite done yet, still got more to go but every step should be celebrated!
