If 7am you has great intentions but 7pm you keeps “failing”… maybe the problem isn’t you. Maybe it’s the plan.

Because if the plan keeps falling apart day after day, despite genuinely believing this time it’ll work, you don’t have a sustainable plan. You have a setup.

You need a plan that accounts for the fact that by the end of the day, you’ll have less energy, less capacity, and less desire to make hard decisions.

Build for real life. Not ideal life.

I've learnt a lot through changing my own life, becoming a coach and helping other change there's and its time I talked more openly about it.
Full story on YouTube of how I tried to get healthy and it made everything worse so in the end I made my life about helping as many people as possible not fall into the same traps.

There is strength in softness too.

So instead of throwing all my energy at this,
I slowed down. Breathed and trusted myself in the movement instead of forcing it.

Life can be the same...
Sometimes trying harder is the thing making it harder.
Not everything responds to force.
Some things ask for trust, patience, control.

The things meant for us won’t require us to abandon ourselves to receive them.

Strength and softness can coexist.

That’s the foundation of everything I teach inside Stop Starting Over 💜

Not every client is a fit and that’s intentional.

If someone comes to me after an injury but only wants to jump straight into aesthetics, I won’t take them on. If your body doesn’t have function yet, chasing aesthetics is just building on top of a problem.

That usually means; you stay in pain longer, you keep compensating patterns and you end up stuck starting over anyway! My job isn’t to give you more to do. It's to get you back to moving well first.

So yeah I won’t really work with you if you don’t want to do that first step.
Sorry not sorry, I've been burned by it and so I've learned from it.

Your program is not supposed to entertain you. It’s supposed to change you.
The reason progressive overload works is because it’s repetitive. Boring, sometimes. Predictable, definitely.

Your body doesn’t care if the workout felt exciting. It responds to what you consistently ask it to adapt to. More reps. Better form. A little stronger than last time.

Most people quit good programs because they stop being entertained before they start seeing the result. This is your reminder that simple works if you actually stick to it.
