🌿 Take an Afternoon for YOU!

We’re excited to invite you to something a little different from us!

Alongside Hills Latin Dancing, Lauren and her mum Debbie have opened Hills Wellness Centre, upstairs from our studio. A space dedicated to bringing a range of holistic health and wellness services together under one roof.

And on Saturday 19th September, we’re hosting a Half Day Immersive Wellness Taster Day. 🌿

This special afternoon has been created to give you the opportunity to experience three different practitioners and three powerful wellness modalities in one day. Whether you’re already interested in holistic wellness or simply curious to try something new, come along and give it a try.

🌿 SESSION ONE — Reconnect With Your Body:
Breathwork & Gentle Movement with Enza – The Essence of Breath

Slow down, release tension and reconnect with your body through gentle mindful movement, guided breathwork, meditation and deep relaxation.

🌸 SESSION TWO — Reveal What Lies Beneath:
With Marjana – Constellation Connections

Experience Family Constellation, Emotional Mind Integration (EMI) & Rapid Core Healing (RCH) and explore some of the deeper patterns, emotions and relationship dynamics that can influence our lives.

🔮 SESSION THREE — Receive Insight & Soul Connection:
With Vincenza – Soul Earth Therapies

Experience psychometry and platform mediumship as Vincenza shares messages, guidance and connections from loved ones, while giving you a taste of her work as a Psychic Medium.

✨ THE DETAILS:
Saturday 19th September 2026
12:45pm – 5:15pm
📍 Hills Wellness Centre - Unit 2/322 Annangrove Rd, Rouse Hill

Tickets: ONLY $65
✨ Combined value of the three experiences: $520

It’s an entire afternoon to step away from the busyness of everyday life, try something new and give a little time back to your mind, body and soul.

Spaces are limited, so if you’d love to join us, we recommend securing your ticket as soon as possible.

We would absolutely love to see some familiar Hills Latin Dancing faces there too! 💚

✨ Get to Know Our Instructor: Cynthia! ✨

Cynthia brings so much care and dedication to her teaching at Hills Latin Dancing. She loves helping students feel comfortable, have fun and build their confidence.

We asked her a few extra questions so you can get to know her a little better…

💃 What’s one thing your students might be surprised to learn about you?

“I’m an introvert. I’m naturally very shy, especially at socials. So I know what it feels like to stand there hoping someone will dance with you. But when I teach, I turn up for my students to make it as fun and comfortable as possible, and I push outside my comfort zone to go to socials, often on my own. That’s the way you grow, shine and find joy.”

❤️ What do you love most about teaching at Hills Latin Dancing?

“The community family feel, seeing students having fun and improving as it all clicks into place.”

✨ One piece of dance advice you’d give Beginners?

“Stick with it and find the joy. You need to be comfortable with being a little uncomfortable, feeling a little awkward, and making mistakes. That’s how it becomes natural and then you learn more to stretch yourself. So embrace and enjoy the learning journey.”

We love having Cynthia as part of the Hills Latin Dancing team, and her own experience is such a great reminder that confidence doesn’t always come before you step onto the dance floor. Sometimes it’s something you build by continuing to show up, challenge yourself and find the joy along the way.

Be sure to say hello to Cynthia next time you see her in class or at one of our socials! 💃🕺
