The spin department then took full control — Hasan Mahmud zeem led the charge with sharp turn and control, well supported by Kamrul, Rashed, and Akash, collectively dismantling the SBT batting lineup and restricting them to 148 all out in 23.1 overs.

Chasing 149, SKR’s openers Fahad Sikder and Rakibul Islam set the tone with a composed and fluent partnership, giving the team a comfortable platform. The middle order — Shezan Sakib, Rashed, Akash, and Olick — ensured there were no hiccups, guiding SKR to victory with confidence.

In a commanding performance, SKR cruised into the quarter-finals of the tournament with an emphatic 8-wicket victory over the Blazing Bulls in the Super 12 stage.

After winning the toss, the Blazing Bulls opted to bat first.

However, their decision backfired as SKR’s disciplined bowling attack and exceptional fielding display kept the Bulls under constant pressure.

The Bulls’ star-studded lineup struggled to gain momentum and were restricted to a modest total of 123 for 7 in their allotted 20 overs.

Every SKR bowler maintained tight lines and lengths, contributing to a thoroughly economical and clinical bowling effort.

The fielding unit of SKR was equally impressive, displaying sharp reflexes, agile movements, and unwavering commitment — a performance that truly stood out and complemented their bowlers superbly.
