There is no such thing as Free Time. Even in your free time, you are doing something. You could be mindlessly scrolling on social media, or watching Netfix or just sitting and contemplating about your future. You are doing "something". So, if you wish to start doing something new, you need to trade the time you are spending on things that don't serve you with what you really want to start doing. Remember, we all get the same 24 hours in a day.
