We would like to wish rovers old boy Paul Momorovski all the best today as head coach of the Sydney roosters Harold Matthew’s team in today’s Harold Matt’s Grand final.

Paulie is no stranger to these big games across all levels having been part of nrl grand final winning teams and squads and even winning an SG ball and an u20s title with the roosters back in the day.

We are very proud of you Paulie 👏🏻 go well!

A former player, team manager and much loved member of our football club and community and father of Club great Troy Slattery.

On behalf of all rovers old boys and the Alexandria Rovers Community we send our love, strength & condolences to Garry’s family, friends and to all who knew him during this difficult time.

Alexandria Rovers are looking to honour the memory and celebrate the life of Wayne “Macca” McGrath, a gifted footballer, Senior Club Champion, and a humble, respected man both on and off the field.

A lifelong Rover, Macca’s talent, determination, and kindness left a lasting impact on all who knew him. In his honour, this Saturday at Erskineville Oval we will hold a memorial round, with both teams wearing black armbands, observing a minute’s silence, and retiring the #3 jersey for the day.

Macca will be greatly missed and forever remembered. 🩷💙
