Personality and identity are intertwined.
If you don’t like something about your personality, there’s a massive chance you can change it.

Marco Antoniazzi - Rewire Your Brain
Helping 18–30 y/o break brainrot, rebuild discipline, and rewire their identity. Neuroscience-backed tools, no fluff. Build the mind that builds your dream life.
Start with DeBrainrot OS 🧠
Your brain wasn’t built for a concert that never ends.
Crazy that in 2024 a 2 hoyrs focused study/ work session was the highlight of my day.
Now 2-3 hours focus blocks are the norm.
If your focus is cooked, check my profile.
Changing your self image is probably the easiest way to shortcut your way to your objectives.
I wish someone had told me this sooner.
Focus is your most important asset.
That’s why you must protect it.
I’ll be posting daily content about how to improve your focus long term so you can get what you want out of life.
If that sounds good, my page is for you.
1- I became more driven.
Consistent weightlifting + lower body fat made my brain crave more “real world” rewards.
The effort and delayed rewards fixed my cooked attention span and difficulty with staying consistent.
2- I lost fear of making mistakes.
More muscle and lower body fat changes how people treated me.
My mistakes were not “he’s awkward, weird” anymore.
They were “he’s just new to this. He never done it before”.
This changed how my brain interpreted my mistakes.
I became more forgiving towards myself and more willing to try new things.
3- My voice changed.
I was fat most of my life.
I didn’t know, but my body was converting more Testosterone into Estrogen because of the extra fat I was carrying.
That made me more passive and “soft”. My voice reflected that.
My voice naturally became deeper and more confident as I got fitter. And I feel it.
4- I became calmer and less anxious.
I used to overthink/ruminate a lot.
Getting fitter changed my hormones in a way that my thoughts became clearer.
It was easier to “let things go” and focus on what was actually important.
It was easier to keep calm because I didn’t feel I had to “act out” to be respected or be heard.
5- I realised how being overweight poisoned my life much more than just my appearance.
It affected how I thought, how I acted and what I felt it was possible for me.
The mental benefits outweighs the appearance changes by a mile.
If you felt something similar on your journey, share in the comments 💪🏻
1- I always jump out of bed as soon as the
alarm rings.
This conditions my brain for a day of action, not of reaction.
2- I habit stack.
My first 5 habits of the day are just one single
routine: jump out of bed, Wash my face and pass sunscreen, weight myself and drınk a big glass of water on the balcony getting some sunlight.
This habit stacking routine increases my confidence because it is evidence that I take care of myself and that take control (weight + skin care) and it physiologically tells my body it’s time to start the day (sunlight + water).
3- My first action of the day is pre scheduled
and is always the same: 1 hour writing about the
brain and its systems.
When you already know your first action right after you wake up it’s much easier to follow through and do it.
4-I track everything. Compulsively.
Everything you track gives your brain something to aim for and a little hit of dopamine whenever you see progress.
We are terrible at measuring our own progress and keeping multiple goals in mind. That’s why e having a habit tracker or similar is literally a cheat code to get stuff done (if used correctly).
5-I keep myself metabolically healthy.
Zone 2 cardio, weightlifting, omega 3s, good sleep, high protein diet.
All these basics help a lot in keeping your brain in a good neurophysiological state so you can do more without burning out.
If you read until here, let me know if you want part ll.
What are you self conscious about that simply does not exist?
Getting your focus back is way easier than you think when you have a system to help you.
A system that works with your biology, not against it.

🧠 I just launched DeBrainrot OS.
It’s not a productivity tool.
It’s a neural reset.
Built for people who feel like something’s been off lately:
Too many tabs open.
Too much scrolling.
Too little clarity.
You're not lazy or unfocused.
The problem is that your attention has been hijacked.
DeBrainrot OS is a neuroscience-based system to:
• Rebuild your focus
• Reclaim your time
• Rewire your identity
Not through hacks.
Through structure.
I built it for myself first, to fix the hidden loops draining my drive, discipline, and direction.
If your screen time is 3+ hours a day, you should check it out.
