Reef Property Services has undergone a number of changes in the past months and are looking to grow the number of properties we provide maintenance services for. As you may know, the business currently consists of myself and Sean as well as several key staff that provide the services outlined b

elow to many blocks across the Sutherland Shire, St George and Hurstville area as well as blocks in the Campsie/Burwood area and many in between. Sean and I work full-time within the business and directly supervise any work completed by our staff whilst completing the majority of the work ourselves. Having two partners allows us to increase the number of buildings we service, without losing our focus on quality, continual improvement and of course, building and maintaining strong working relationships with the key onsite contacts. As a reminder, please find a list of the services we offer below. (Please note, we have recently completed several high pressure spraying jobs and are keen to grow this area of our business as we believe we are very competitive in pricing and quality in this area)

Any or all of the above with discount rates given where possible when multiple services are included

We are fully insured and equipped to handle blocks of any size and would be very keen to quote on any opportunities you may have available. We have a 24hr turnaround on quotes and we are both based in the Sutherland Shire. Sean: He is a qualified greenkeeper with over 10 years experience in Strata Maintenance who completed his apprenticeship at Taren Point bowling club. Liam: Has over 10 years experience in Management in corporate finance with a focus on process improvement, customer service and relationship management as well as 5 years experience in Strata Maintenance. Looking for a cleaner to join our strata maintenance team. $26 an hour plus super. The role includes alot of walking up and down stairs so being reasonably fit will be advantage. This will be a full time role after a probation period. Please pm me with your basic details and experience

How tragic would it be on Christmas Day hearing that Santa’s sled had been in an accident due to an uneven , dusty and pot hole filled lawn ? A fantastic way to end the season with our biggest month ever achieved by the team. We have also added a handyman to the team and would be happy to help with anything big or small. We still offer our cleaning, lawn, garden, bin and pressure spray services as well so please don't hesitate to get in touch!!
