Over the past year I’ve stepped back and hired an incredible team of coaches. We’ve grown. We can help way more women now than I ever could alone.
But it’s also meant some women have slipped through the cracks. Come in and not felt as seen or looked after as they deserved and that genuinely breaks my heart.
We’re not a gym that’s been around for decades with perfect systems. We’re still figuring it out. But we are a passionate team who care deeply about making this the most welcoming place for women in Bondi to start strength training.

Lifting weights will make you a faster runner and swimmer.
Not our opinion. Two of our members proved it…
One shaved 2 seconds off her swim time — 7 years after she started competing. The other ran her fastest ever City to Surf after actually training less. The only thing both of them added was consistent strength training.
More running and swimming will only get you so far. At some point your strength is the limiting factor — not your fitness.

I had a woman come in for her first ever strength session this week. The first thing she asked me was “so, why are we even doing this?” (Her daughter gifted her the sessions)
Because most women think strength training is about how you look. It’s not.
1 in 4 women who break a hip die within a year. Falls are one of the leading causes of death as we age. And what causes falls? Instability. Lack of strength.
When you’re stronger you’re more stable, more steady on your feet. The chances of a fall — far less. And if you do fall, stronger bones mean far less chance of breaking that hip.
Start with one session a week. That’s it.
That’s all it takes to have a huge impact on how you live out the rest of your life.
