When I started consulting with Haberfield Baptist Church in 2022 there were 10 attenders. This is the church (now Haberfield Life Church) today. Facilitating an adoption merger/replant with Manly Life Church and the wonderful team there was the start of a new chapter for the church that is once again reaching its local community with the Gospel. We saw God's hand of guidance and blessing in so many ways through the process.
There is always hope for churches in decline, but only if they are prepared to follow God's lead into a new and more effective future.

Pastoring is rewarding β and demanding. Regular pastoral supervision is a strategic investment that steadies leaders, reduces decision fatigue, and strengthens congregational health. Iβve seen how a consistent action-reflection process breaks pastoral isolation and improves outcomes for both pastor and church. Ready to make supervision part of your leadership strategy? Visit https://www.ianduncum.com.au/pastoralsupervision to learn how we can help.
