Dwyer Oval, Warwick Farm (Entry off Williamson Crescent)

⏰ First call: 8:45 AM
🏁 Start time: 9:00 AM sharp

All age groups are scheduled to have their first event within the first hour, so please arrive early and be ready to compete.

⚠️ Please note:
Events may be called out of program order at the discretion of carnival management. All athletes, parents, and team managers are asked to listen carefully for event calls throughout the day.

We will also be starting relay training for our Junior State Relay Teams.

CWMZ Combined Events Carnival entries have been extended to include U20 athletes.

We would like to Congratulate all athletes who attended Liverpool City Gala Day last Sunday

We loved seeing all the smiles around the track.

Thank you to our wonderful committee who work very had behind the scenes and put in an extra effort on the day, to make it a successful day that it was.

We are very grateful to all the Parents and athletes who helped out around the track, at the finish line, field events, medals, BBQ just to name a few.

The results have now been all uploaded into the ResultsHQ

This competition is slightly different to a regular Gala Day or Zone Championships.

We recommend stretching and indoor exercises.

The FINAL List of Events has dropped 🫳🏻🎤

Liverpool City Gala is NOT a timed event.
We will be following the List of Events as closely as possible.
❗️ Please be mindful that field could be called out of order to get the events flowing and avoid any potential clashes

🔔 We will be kicking things of with first call at 10:15am. First event start at 10:30am
🏃‍♂️ Track athletes go to Marshalling tent
🏃‍♀️ Field athletes go directly to the event

📣 It is the responsibility of the parents and athletes to listen to event calls. We can not call athletes by name nor hold the event until everyone shows up.

Followed closely by:
6sBoys and Girls- 300PS

12sBoys and Girls - Shot Put
10sBoys and Girls - Shot Put
9sGirls - Discus
13sBoys and Girls - Discus
11sGirls - Long Jump
15sBoys and Girls- Long Jump
16sBoys and Girls - Triple Jump

(Tots will do all activities as a group)

Javelin will not be called before 1pm

🏆 Highlighted events are Trophy events. Where 1st place 🥇 gold medal is replaced by a trophy.

We can not wait to see you all compete and have fun.
