SDA is creating professionals that can give people advice on diet and nutrition to achieve their sports goals. This organization advances the health and wellbeing of people by giving them advice on what dietary needs suit the amount of physical exercise they are doing. Nutrition is a big part of sports in what gives you energy and what not. I could benefit from this organization by having a professional guide my clients and me on nutrition.

Exercise & sport science Australia (ESSA) is a professional organisation that is about establishing, promoting and defending the profession of trained sport science practicians. ESSA works alongside of the profession accredited exercise physiologists (AEPs) they play an important role as physical activities and health specialists within health care. An AEP can be an essential part of a general practice. Some work as part of the health care team as others work as a general practitioner ad practice nurse by providing local services. ESSA could be of benefit for my clients and me by having an exercise scientist assist me by performing workplace health testing and delivering general health programs.
