I truly believe our purpose is to bring more light into this world.

When we honour ourselves we become brighter.
The brighter we are, the more light we can give to others.
The more healing we are…even when it doesn’t feel like it.

Every discomfort you experience is an opportunity for you to expand.
Any discomfort your expansion causes for another is an opportunity for them.

I believe we are here to contribute to the collective.
We contribute by stepping into all that we are here to be and do in this world.

Honouring yourself is what you are here to do.
Honouring yourself is your gift to others.

I’m excited to see who I become through this journey.

I know it’s already expanding me to believe I am worthy of holding it.
To not seek my worth or good enoughness outside of myself.
To honour myself first to then give generously.
To honour my flow.

It feels liberating seeing who I am already becoming AND knowing how I get to feel and live as I transform through the triggers and fears.

This new feeling from knowing moving to inevitable, which I know only showed up because of my willingness to surrender and trust, allows me to face the journey as the unfolding of who I am here to become.

The perfect mix of challenges and test to show me what I need to transform.
