💪 SUNDAY MEN'S GROUP 💪
These blokes are the reason we do what we do.
Every Sunday they show up, put in the work, support each other and continue to raise the standard.
The results they've achieved are nothing short of incredible.
🔥 Some have gone from struggling to do 1–2 push-ups to smashing out 30+
🔥 Some have lost 10kg, 20kg, even 30kg+
🔥 All of them are stronger, fitter and healthier than when they started
But the most inspiring part isn't the weight loss or strength gains.
It's the friendships.
Most of these guys didn't know each other before joining A Team Fitness. Through showing up week after week they've built genuine connections, accountability and friendships that extend well beyond the gym.
In a world where men often don't socialise or connect as much as they should, we're proud to create an environment where like-minded men can challenge themselves, support each other and enjoy the journey together.

Shaney - 4cms off her waist and stronger than ever💛
Shaney originally came to us already understanding how important resistance training is for women. She wanted to look after her future self, tone up a little, build and maintain muscle, get her energy back, and get back into running 🙌
It definitely hasn’t all been smooth sailing. Shaney’s had a few niggles along the way, but honestly, all of us have been so impressed with her mentality through it all. No matter what’s going on, she comes in, does what she can to the best of her ability, and works on whatever she needs to improve 💪

What a fantastic night at our A Team social! 🎉
It was great to see everyone outside the studio, catching up, sharing some laughs, and enjoying time together.
We had one of our best turnouts yet, and the atmosphere was awesome.

Client Spotlight – Fleur
When Fleur first came to us, she wanted to do something for herself.
