Mum & daughter Wendy & Beth joined NBRHD Fitness in early 2023 after wanting a more personalised & small group gym setting. It took no time to feel welcomed by David Vaealiki and the other gym members. Sessions are a mix of strength, core, cardio, Pilates on any given day, and always tailored to your needs, weaknesses etc. We love the surprise of every workout (including the playlists 😂) & training with friends, old and now new! Thanks Dave & Crew for welcoming us into such a fun gym atmosphere!

Integral to the establishment of the fitness studio 14yrs ago, Dave's passion for bringing health and wellness to the whole person is the foundation of what we do.
With a background in professional sports, Dave is well-positioned to train athletes from beginner to professional, creating an atmosphere of inclusivity and friendship within the NBRHD Fitness community.
Dave regularly shares his expertise in exercise, nutrition and mental health, ensuring fitness sits alongside all disciplines of wellbeing.
