There can be a time for all or some of these, but if you're still not at $10k - $20k months, these are not your priority.

And it's just as important to know WHEN to do what needs to be done.

When someone says ā€œ I need to speak to my husband/wife/partnerā€ many coaches assume the conversation is finished.

Yes, they may have an agreement to talk about big $$ purchases first, AND sometimes it just means there’s something underneath the surface that they still need to figure out.

Don’t make assumptions.
Ask.
Help them get as much clarity as possible (without wasting time or trying to convince them).

When you stay present and ask one more thoughtful question, the conversation can open up naturally.

Their confidence to take the next step grows as they get more clarity.

If you’re trying to build a six-figure coaching business but it still feels like you’re guessing your way there… this might help.

One of the things I see a lot — especially with ambitious women — is this tendency to try a bunch of different things and never commit to one path.

I think of it like trying to climb a mountain by hacking your way through the bush and shrubs, when somebody’s already built stairs šŸ˜†šŸ˜µā€šŸ’«

Pushing in multiple directions, like the path hasn’t already been walked.

And the stairs haven’t already been built.

And it’s not that you need to copy someone else’s personality or do business exactly the way someone else does it.

But the structure?
The pathways?
The proven strategies that get you in front of the people you’re genuinely meant to help?

They already exist.

What tends to happen is we know about 7 different strategies…

Webinars.
Live launches.
Evergreen funnels.
Selling in the DMs.
Events.
Low-ticket ascension models.
High-ticket direct sales.

We know they all exist.

But we’re not actually clear on which one we’re willing to work.

So we sample.

We tweak.

We pivot.

We start again.

And it’s busy… but not profitable.

Clarity isn’t knowing that all the methods exist.

It’s choosing one and working it properly.

You don’t need to hack through the bush.

You just need to decide which staircase you’re walking up.

And then walk.

Sometimes clients come to me stressed about content creation because they think ā€œbeing visibleā€ means
planning shoots, changing outfits and setting everything up perfectly

Which is probably why they avoided it šŸ˜„

I love what Gary Vee said: ā€˜Document - don’t create’.

Record what you’re already doing. Whether it’s a coaching call, work on a funnel or presentation, or a day at the beach.

Take this reel.
I was already at the beach.
Already in my swimmers.
Already about to jump in the rock pool.

So instead of creating content…
I documented what I was already doing.

90 seconds.
A few awkward poses.
Done.

It felt mildly silly and then fun.

But also freeing.

Because the goal isn’t to perform.
It’s to be seen.

When you stop trying to manufacture content and just capture your life, you post more, you stress less, and you actually sound like yourself.

Consider this your permission slip to stop overthinking.

Press record. That’s enough.

WHEN I STARTED COACHING 11 YEARS AGO I JUST THREW MYSELF INTO IT AND MY VERY FIRST OFFER WAS $3,600.

How did I come up with the price?

The first potential client I spoke to was working with another coach who was charging that much.

Even though the other coach had a big following, and obviously had more experience than me, I KNEW as I spoke to this first potential client ...

THAT I COULD HELP HER IN THE WAY SHE NEEDED ...

and that my support would help her reach her goal faster.

I didn't over-think it.

I just listened, trusted my heart and told her how I could help her to reach her goal and told her it would also cost $3,600 to work with me.

You see you can learn all the strategies...

Whether it's becoming trauma-informed, better at coaching, better at marketing and sales or learning to deal with the spicy challenges of life and business ...

In the end, if you OVER-THINK (which is entirely different from doing real mindset work) ...

It will show in your results. Or lack of results.

So my friend, I say it's time.

Just do it.
