🏏 C&WSCA Representative Program 2026/27 – Expressions of Interest Now Open! 🏏

As we begin planning for the upcoming representative season, trials will be held after the Easter and ANZAC Day holidays.

To help us organise trial dates and times effectively, we’re asking parents to complete an Expression of Interest (EOI) form. This will give us a clear idea of numbers so we can run well-structured trials and give every player the best opportunity.

Important Information:
- Completing the EOI does not commit your child to attending trials.
- Players who do not submit an EOI can still trial once dates are announced.

We’re also aware some U15 players may be on school camps during Term 2. If this applies to you, please contact us directly at [email protected] so we can look at alternative arrangements.

We look forward to seeing plenty of players put their hand up for the 2026/27 season! 💪

🏏 JUNIOR SMASH IS COMING TO ASHFIELD CRICKET CLUB! ⚡

In partnership with Sydney Thunder, we’re running Junior Smash at our home ground Centenary Park, Croydon on Tuesday nights!

👧🧒 For boys and girls aged 7–12 years
📅 Starting: Tuesday 10th February
📍 Where: Centenary Park, Croydon
🕔 When: Tuesdays, 5:00pm – 6:00pm
⏱ Format: 1 hour of taped ball cricket
👥 Kids are grouped by age and ability
🧢 Gear: No gear needed (but they can bring their bat & gloves if they want)
😄 Fun, fast-paced, easy rules — perfect for beginners and kids who just want to have a hit!

🏏 PREMIERS! U13s Girls Summer Cricket Champions 🏆

What a fantastic achievement by our Ashfield Cricket Club U13s Girls Magpies team, who were crowned Premiers last weekend!

In a great team performance, the girls defeated Randwick Bells, scoring 4/113 before bowling the opposition out for 91 to secure a well-deserved victory.

This premiership is a credit to the players’ hard work, teamwork and determination all season long. Congratulations to every player, coach and supporter who helped make this such a special moment for the club 💙💛
