If your glutes aren’t growing, it’s not because you’re not trying, it’s because you’re focusing on the wrong things.

Here’s why that matters 👇
To build strength and muscle, you need progressive overload — gradually increasing the challenge placed on your muscles over time. This can be done by:
✅ Adding weight
✅ Increasing reps or sets
✅ Slowing down tempo
✅ Reducing rest time

But here’s the key: your body only adapts when it’s forced to. If your last few reps still feel easy, you’re not creating enough stimulus for growth. The final 2–3 reps should feel tough but controlled — that’s where the real progress happens.

So next time you train, aim for effort levels around RPE 8–9 (1–2 reps left in the tank). That’s where strength, muscle tone, and results are built 💪
