Bulking szn all year round here😮‍💨 A snippet of some of my favourite meals lately🥩🍚🥑

If you’re trying to gain muscle, adding in extra snacks and sometimes an extra protein shake are a must to hit your macros.

Getting protein in without dairy or eggs can be tough, but it gets done. And as you can see, I enjoy adding in some treats, but make sure most of my diet is whole foods 🍉🥗🥦

It’s not what you do on weekends ruining your progress, it’s how unprepared you are for them⬇️

You can train hard, eat well Monday to Thursday, and still stay stuck if you’re under-fuelling from Friday to Sunday.

🩷Your weekly average matters more than one perfect day.

Try this instead 🤌
✨ Do your “weekend prep” on Thursday.
✨ Have snacks ready to grab and go
✨ Easy to re- heat meals

If you’re trying to grow, don’t just prep for the work week, prep for the weekend too.💡

😍Consistency is key to achieving lasting results.
🏃‍♀️Moving the dial that little bit each day is what gives you long lasting results.
