Half loaves of bread have been piling up in my pantry so threw 8 slices in at a time for 5 seconds speed 6 into my TM6 and how I've got bread crumbs for days 😜. Bagged into 1 cup amounts and stashed in the frezzer they will come in handy when crumbing chicken, topping pasta bakes and making meatballs and patties.

Making dough is soooo easy in the Thermomix. We're having pizza for dinner so I made a second batch of pizza dough and used the left over sauce and toppings to makes scrolls for school lunches 😁🍕
The frezzer is filling fast! Bring on school!!!

On a roll 😉 Mini ANZAC cookies and an oat slice (which we are nicknaming 'porridge slice') cooling down before going in the frezzer too.

🥳 School in just 2 sleeps! Getting my bake on an stocking the freezer with morning tea snacks and afternoon tea for when will friends drop in.

First up... Soft and Chewy White Chocolate Chip Cookies from Cookidoo. I reduced the sugar so I could pretend they weren't too unhealthy 🤣

What's this? The cheapest meal saver ever! 😉

600mls of cream marked down to just $1.60 due to a near expiry date, 500g chilled water, some dried herbs from the garden and a couple of garlic cloves and you've got yourself garlic butter.

I wrap and store mine in the frezzer, then slice for garlic bread, steaks and last night we added to pan fried fish.
Love being able to reduce food waste as well as keeping a few more dollars in my pocket.
