Today I've had a little bestie joint at the hip... Actually... for most of this week he has been so.. I've been there for him and also feeling a little tapped out this evening. Excited for a little me time tomorrow morning with the gang 🤪

My little man turns 3 next week so I've also been getting organised for that and his birthday event. It's going to be so much fun. We can't wait!

Sleep has also been extremely rough for me this week. In between the kiddies and my husband I'm the one who's lacking it 😴

Managed to get some vitamin D, make some delicious food, get the meal plan done for the week ahead and tick a couple of jobs off that I've been putting on the back burner so I can go into the weekend clear headed (I hope) 😂

Not complaining just keeping it very real around here.

My weeks are messy.. I show up anyway!

❤️

🔥16 weeks left of 2026. 👀🔥

And if you're anything like me, you're probably thinking…

“Where the f*** did this year go?” 😂

“I haven't done enough.”
“I'll get back on track soon.”
“Maybe next year I'll finally…”

Meanwhile, my clients are getting better. 👇

💪 Feeling their lower back getting stronger.

🏋️‍♀️ Chest pressing 12.5kg in each hand.

🌱 Handling all that gardening and weeding a little easier.

💪 loading up a dumbbell at home and realising it now weighs 6.9kg.

✈️ Heading off on holiday feeling bloody great.

🧠 Learning that doing something small each day still counts.

❤️ And being kinder to themselves along the way.

**These are actual messages I've received this week.**

✅️And THIS is why I care so much about getting better.

Because you don't necessarily need to do more..

Sometimes you need to make sure the work you're already doing is actually taking you somewhere.

And 16 weeks from now, you could still be wondering why nothing has changed…

Or you could be looking back thinking, “Holy s**t. I'm actually getting better at this.”

Some days you get s**t done.

Some days you get the bare minimum done.

And some days you're still hanging washing at 2pm wondering where the hell the day went. 😂🤪

That's basically been me this week.

I've had SO much going through my head, but instead of trying to keep up with everything, I've just been getting the house back under control, running PT, doing family errands and ticking things off as I go.

And honestly?

I'm glad I did.

Because I've realised something over the years of coaching:

You don't need a routine that works perfectly when life is calm.

You need one that still gives you somewhere to go when life isn't.

That's one of the reasons I love my classes so much.

You turn up.

You don't have to think about what you're doing.

You work hard.

You have a laugh with people who know your name.

And you walk out feeling like you've done something for yourself — even if the rest of the day has been absolute chaos.

That's a pretty bloody good reason to keep showing up. ❤️

And tonight's crew for Total Body and Pilates class?

They understood the assignment. 😂💪

Picture yourself putting something on one morning and realising… "f*ck, this actually feels different." 👀

🏋‍♀️🏋‍♂️Or picking up a weight that used to feel impossible.

🪓Holding a plank a little longer.

📶Running up the stairs without feeling completely wrecked.

📸Looking back at an old photo and realising just how much your body has changed.

Those moments are bloody good!

And they're exactly why I don't think “I exercised” is a good enough measure of progress.

You can train 3 or 4 times a week and still feel like you're stuck.

✅️You can sweat.
✅️You can get sore.
✅️You can burn calories.

**But if you're doing the same things over and over again, eventually your body gets very good at doing exactly that.**

👉Your effort needs somewhere to go.

👉I don't want the people I coach simply surviving another workout.

I want them looking back and thinking:

“Wait a min.. I couldn't do that a few months ago!”

That's where the shift is.

Not necessarily working harder.

Getting better. ❤️

Monday has absolutely not gone to plan 😂

After a weekend basically not at home, I've been under the pump since first thing this morning.

Washing. Cleaning. Catching up on everything. Getting everyone sorted for the week ahead...

I genuinely haven't stopped. 🥵🧺🧽

But my Monday crew still showed up this morning and smashed it. ❤️

And it got me thinking…

👉Your week doesn't have to be perfect every time for you to keep moving forward.

And I think this is where people who already do the work can get stuck.

You're showing up. You're training 2, 3, 4 times a week. You're putting in the effort.

But are you actually moving forward… or just staying busy?

Because there's a big difference between doing something and feeling like your effort is actually taking you somewhere.

And I know that feeling personally..

I've worked bloody hard for things in my own life that didn't happen overnight.

Like this lounge 😂😍

We worked and saved bloody hard for it. There were plenty of weeks where the end result felt SO far away.

But now I get to sit here and actually enjoy the thing we worked for.

Your effort deserves somewhere to go too. ❤️

Not just more workouts...

Not just being busy.

Not just ticking the box that you exercised.

👉You should be able to look back and think:

🤩“Bloody hell… I'm better at this than I was a few months ago.”

🔥That's the kind of progress I want for the people I coach.

Because feeling good isn't just about doing the work.

It's about knowing the work is actually taking you somewhere.

Happy Fathers day to the men who do the most.

These picture show everything. Always going above and beyond.

Jake, Dad, Papa. How lucky we are to have each of you ❤️

I hope your day has been marvellous! ❤️

Some things you may not know about me...

Hey I'm Regan (pronounced Ree-gan)

I'm also a mum to two beautiful boys and an angel baby. 👦👦👼

💍I have the most incredible husband. We met randomly at the Marrabel Bullride 🐎🤠👢 and our connection was like fate.. I truly believe we're soul mates.

Country music is my jam even though in class you'll find me playing a range of genre's.

I love gardening inside and out.

Here's some things we recently pulled out the veggie patch, some water iris coming into bloom and a new shade garden that we're putting into our yard (thanks to my handy husband moving lawn sprinklers and removing grass and wheelbarrowing dirt to make this happen.)

I've just recently picked up the drum sticks again.

I used to play all throughout high school and my late teens. I also was a drum teacher.

It's reminded me just how much I love drumming and relearning everything.

Might have to finish dusting off my drum kit at some point soon!

You might see on my stories from time to time the big cook ups I do at home 🏡 I'm actually a qualified chef and can smash out a lot of recipes in a short space of time. Very handy skill to have! 👩‍🍳

Anywho… that's a little about me on this Friday night. ❤️

Now I want to know something about you!

Tell me ONE thing we have in common.. or something completely random about you that I probably wouldn't guess. 😂

Country music? Gardening? Cooking? Drums? Country life? Something else entirely?

I want to know. 😂

That feeling when something that used to feel hard suddenly feels easy?

🔥That's the stuff I LOVE seeing.🔥

✅️Side chair planks getting stronger.

✅️Chest presses feeling easier.

✅️Weights that once felt bloody heavy suddenly moving a little more comfortably.

These little moments are the proof.

👉Not just looking different.

✨️Feeling capable. Feeling strong. Knowing you're getting better.

And honestly? That's a pretty bloody good feeling to take into every area of your life. ✨

Imagine looking back a few months from now and thinking… “Holy s**t, I’m actually getting better at this.” 👀

Not necessarily smaller.

Not necessarily lighter. But Better.

✨️A heavier weight.

✨️A longer plank.

✨️More control.

✨️More flexibility.

✨️More energy.

✨️More confidence.

👉Or simply getting dressed and thinking:

✨️"Yep. I feel bloody good today."

✅️That's the kind of progress I actually care about.

🔥Because feeling good is a legitimate goal.🔥

And I don't think exercise should just be about getting sweaty, feeling sore and ticking a box.

✅️Your effort should be taking you somewhere.

One thing I've noticed after years of coaching is that it's surprisingly easy to work really bloody hard...

…and still have no idea whether you're actually progressing.

😪You can leave a workout exhausted.

🙃You can be sore the next day.

But then I want you to ask yourself:

What can I do now that I couldn't do a few months ago?

Because that's where things get interesting.

Working hard and getting better aren't always the same thing.

And there's a reason I pay so much attention to what you're capable of now compared with where you started.

I'll leave that one there. 👀❤️
