You’ve changed. But have you had the space to meet who you are now?

Sometimes life moves so quickly that we don’t stop long enough to recognise how much we’ve changed along the way - or ask what feels important to us now.

Soul FULL Sanctuary is a space to do exactly that. To slow down, turn inward, hear yourself again and reconnect with who you are in this season.

As a Life Coach supporting women in seasons of change, I’m deeply passionate about creating these spaces because I’ve seen how powerful it is when we step away from the noise long enough to truly hear ourselves, honour the season we’re in and gain clarity on what we want and need now.

Things don’t have to be falling apart for you to want something to change.

You don’t have to be deeply unhappy.

Your relationship doesn’t have to be in crisis.

You don’t have to hate your job.

You don’t have to be completely burnt out, overwhelmed or at breaking point.

Sometimes, life can be perfectly fine.

And still, something in you knows you want more.

More meaning.
More connection.
More space.
More energy.
More of yourself in your own life.

I think we can be quick to dismiss that feeling when there’s nothing obviously “wrong”.

I should be grateful.

Other people have it much harder.

My life is actually pretty good.

And all of those things might be true.

But gratitude for what you have and a desire for something different can exist at the same time.

You don’t need to justify wanting to feel more fulfilled.

You don’t need a crisis to give yourself permission to reassess what’s working, what isn’t, and what you want this season of your life to look and feel like.

Sometimes the quiet sense that something could feel better than this is enough.

And perhaps we’d save ourselves a lot of pain if we learnt to listen to those whispers before they had to become a roar.

If you’ve been feeling that quiet pull towards something different, I’d love to hold space for you to explore what you truly want in this season - DM me ❤️

The greatest compliment I can receive is that someone felt safe enough to truly be themselves.

After attending one of my events, Ana shared that she felt deeply held - able to surrender into the experience rather than needing to hold everything together.

Her words felt especially meaningful because Ana is a beautiful space holder herself.

Creating this kind of environment is at the heart of my work: a space where women don’t need to have everything figured out, but can simply slow down, reflect and hear themselves again.

Hearing Ana describe the experience as nurturing, grounded and transformative was a beautiful reminder of why I continue creating Soul FULL Sanctuaries.

If you’ve been craving space to slow down and reconnect with yourself, send me a DM or visit the link in my bio to see what’s coming up next ❤️

Who are you when “us” changes?

Relationships can become part of how we know ourselves.

So when a relationship changes - or ends - it isn’t only the relationship we have to make sense of.

Sometimes we have to rediscover ourselves too.

Who am I outside of this?
What do I want now?
What matters to me?
What parts of myself have I lost touch with?

I’ve experienced this kind of identity shift in my own life, and I know how unsettling it can be when something that has shaped your life - and your sense of self - changes.

There can be grief.
Uncertainty.
Freedom.
Fear.
Relief.
Possibility.

Sometimes all at once.

And perhaps one of the most powerful questions we can ask ourselves in these seasons is not:

“How do I get back to who I was?”

But:

“Who am I becoming through this?”

Because endings and changes can unsettle our identity.

But they can also create space to know ourselves in a completely new way.

This is the kind of transition I support women through in my coaching.

Together, we create space to reconnect with who you are outside of the relationship, rebuild trust in yourself and your own decisions, and get clearer on what you want for this next chapter of your life.

Not to get back to who you were before, but to move forward feeling more grounded, connected to yourself and confident in who you’re becoming.

If this is the season you’re in, DM me and we can explore how coaching with me could support you.

Sometimes the life that once felt right doesn’t quite fit anymore.

Not because there’s necessarily anything wrong with your life.

But because you’ve changed.

We change through the experiences we move through - motherhood, relationships, work, loss, ageing, new beginnings, the passing of time.

Our priorities shift.
Our needs change.
What fulfils us changes.
What we want can change.

But often, life just keeps moving.

And we don’t always stop long enough to recognise how much we’ve changed along the way.

We can find ourselves still making choices from old priorities. Holding ourselves to expectations that no longer feel right. Or simply feeling a little disconnected from ourselves without really knowing why.

Maybe you’ve felt that.

A sense that something doesn’t quite fit anymore.

That you’re not entirely sure what you want in this season.

Or that something within you is quietly asking for your attention.

This is at the heart of my next Soul FULL Sanctuary - Coming Back to Yourself in a Season of Change.

It’s an evening for women ready to reconnect with themselves, question what no longer feels right and explore what they want in this season.

Through restorative practice, guided coaching and reflection, I’ll create the space for you to slow down, hear yourself more clearly and become curious about what comes up.

You don’t need to know what needs to change.

You don’t need to have the answers.

Just a willingness to explore.

When was the last time you had the space to really hear yourself?

Not to think about what needs to be done next.
Not to respond to what everyone else needs.
Not to keep moving.

But to stop.

To turn your attention inward and really notice:

Where am I?
How am I, really?
What’s coming up for me right now?
What matters to me?
What do I need?

Soul FULL Sanctuary is a rare space of refuge from the noise and demands of everyday life.

For two hours, I’ll guide you through a deeply reflective coaching journey, woven with restorative practices, journaling and quiet reflection, giving you the space to connect with yourself beneath all the doing, roles and responsibilities.

Because when we stop long enough to really listen, things can surface.

Something you haven’t acknowledged.
Something you’ve been carrying.
Something you’ve been longing for.
A truth you haven’t quite given yourself permission to hear.

And once we become aware of something, we have the opportunity to change our relationship with it.

We can question what we’ve been accepting.
Recognise what no longer feels right.
Reconnect with what matters.
See where we might want something to shift.
And make more conscious choices about what comes next.

You won’t necessarily leave with everything figured out.

But you may leave seeing yourself, your life or something you’ve been moving through differently.

And sometimes, that new awareness is where change begins.

My hope is that you leave feeling more grounded, lighter, clearer and more deeply connected to yourself, with a stronger sense of what matters to you and how you want to consciously and intentionally move forward.

A guided journey inward, to reconnect, reflect and gain clarity.

What if you already know the answer, you just don’t trust yourself enough to listen to it?

Perhaps you ask other people what they think.

Perhaps you weigh up every possible outcome.

Perhaps you replay conversations.

Perhaps you make the pros and cons list.

Perhaps you look for reassurance that you’re making the “right” decision.

And sometimes, the more voices we bring in, the harder it becomes to hear our own.

This was something that came through in the reflections of some of the women at my recent Soul FULL Sanctuary.

Because when we’re moving through uncertainty, in a relationship, motherhood, work, or simply a season where we’re questioning what we want next, it can be really difficult to trust ourselves.

Especially if we’ve spent a long time prioritising what other people need, doing what we think we should do, or looking outside ourselves for validation.

Self-trust isn’t necessarily having complete certainty.

It’s being able to come back to yourself and ask:

What do I know?
What matters to me?
What feels right for me?

And then having the confidence to listen to what comes up.

This is such a big part of the work I do with women.

Not giving them the answers.

But helping them create enough space to hear their own and build the confidence to trust themselves.

Because often, we know more than we think we do.
