Matt has been our amazing volunteer coach for over 25 years and has had many successful paddlers in his team. This is a lovely recognition for 2026 and so proud and grateful for all he has done for the club.

A great coach does more than teach the game.

They develop talent, build confidence, inspire athletes and make an impact that lasts long after the final whistle.

Today, we celebrate the Coach of the Year finalists and the difference they continue to make across Redlands Coast sport.
