Little Indigo Yoga

We had our last yoga playgroup for 2023 last week and it was a beautiful morning doing some Christmas crafting and Christmas themed yoga.
Thank you to all of the beautiful families who attended this Term it was beautiful connecting with you and your children and sharing the magic of yoga, mindfulness and creativity together ✨☀️💚

It’s so wonderful watching children explore in their own time, connecting, sharing and communicating. If only as adults we were able to slow down a little bit more and simply enjoy the moment - just as children do!
