Meet Heath. Heath has lost an incredible 17.05kg in just 6months. He juggles a job working crazy hours but still turns up to get the work done. Juggling days and nights and out of town jobs yet still finding the time to move and eat better. What started out as an 8wk challenge at the start of the year continued with ongoing training as a member of our studio followed up with another 6wk challenge. These results are a 6 month transformation and show what’s possible by sticking to the journey. Most weeks he’ll be in studio at least 3 days a week but other times work calls him away and we may only see him once but he still focuses more on the nutritional side now. Not restricting just adjusting.
We’re proud of you mate.
Challenges are a great way to get the ball rolling. All the info is provided to not only get short term goals ticked off but to balance out longer term results as well.

Client Appreciation Post 👏
Now while this lovely lady wishes to remain anonymous her results are definitely there for everyone to see what’s possible from locking in to our last 8wk challenge.
Her pictures speak for themselves there’s been so much physical change and so much mental change for how she sees movement and food.
Her smile is literally as big as my emoji.
In 8 weeks she dropped an incredible 8.15kg off the scale, 7.10% decrease in body fat (1.5 decrease in visceral fat) and improved her metabolic age.
This was all achieved in 8 weeks, hitting daily steps, training on average 3-4 days in our sessions and adjusting her food to suit her calories.
Well done legend we’re proud of you 👏

Welcome brooklin
Brooklin joins the NewU team to help lead our group fitness sessions 👏
Currently cert 3 & 4 qualified in fitness and studying sports exercise science at Uni to become an exercise physiologist, he’s keen to get stuck in and meet the members.
I’m looking forward to taking him under my wing and teaching him all I know about an industry I love so much.

Meet Alyssa who recently finished our last 8wk challenge with some killer results and taking out the win in our weightloss category.
Every challenge members have the choice to enter into 1 of 2 categories as extra incentive for putting in the work and boy did she work.
Over the 8 weeks she dropped 6.35kg (6.5% Body Weight) with 4.03kg being actual stubborn body fat.
It’s been more than just a weight loss journey as she’s been chipping away at re building her strength levels after a big surgery had her laid off for many weeks and had many restrictions/limitations returning to training.
There’s so many wins with these results it’s amazing to see.
