With more than 100 teams competing, it’s one of the biggest school rugby league events on the calendar and a massive commitment from all the officials!

Congratulations to Sam Nosworthy on a remarkable milestone today as he takes the field for his 50th A Grade game. ⭐️
Since making his A Grade debut in 2021, Sam has established himself as one of the competition’s most respected referees, demonstrating professionalism, consistency and a genuine passion for the game.
Reaching 50 A Grade appointments is an outstanding achievement in itself, but even more special is that Sam becomes the sixth referee in association history to reach this milestone.🔥
Congratulations, Sam, on your 50th A Grade game. A well-deserved milestone and one to be extremely proud of. Here’s to many more games ahead.💙

Congratulations to Jai Strugess who became TDRLRA A Grade Referee #45* in Ingham on Saturday evening. ⭐️
After some interesting developments throughout the day, Jai completed Reserve Grade before completing the A Grade match between Herbert River & Burdekin.
Since joining the assoication in 2021, Jai has had many successes, and no doubt they will not stop now.
On behalf of the entite association, congratulations, and good luck! 💙

During the week our referees had the awesome opportunity and privilege of training alongside and learning from Michael Wise, who has run over 350 touch judge lines in the NRL. ⚡️
Hearing firsthand from someone with such extensive experience was invaluable, providing great insights and helping our referees continue to develop their skills.
Opportunities like this don’t come around often, and we’re incredibly grateful for the time and knowledge shared to support the development of our referees. 💙
