A behind-the-scenes look at the S3 Athlete Combine.

Every athlete was tested across skill and physical attributes, including vertical jump, lane agility, and speed gates. Each was then handed a personalised report breaking down performance and where the biggest gains are waiting.

We put the question to our S3 athletes: what does it mean to be an S3 Athlete?

Fun, sportsmanship, and the drive to keep improving every session — hearing it in their own words says everything about the culture we're building.

This is the S3 Development Philosophy.

1. Build the Skill- through purposeful repetition.
2. Build the Understanding- of when, where and why to use it.
3. Build the Confidence- that only comes from real preparation.

That’s training. Built for the Game 💙🤍

Our first-ever S3 Athlete Combine for U14–U18 athletes was a huge success! 💙🤍

During the July school holidays, athletes put their basketball skills, physical performance, and game IQ to the test across a full day of testing and competition.

It was fantastic to see each athlete’s strengths, while also identifying the areas that will have the biggest impact on their development moving forward.

We’re excited to use this data to help every athlete train with greater purpose and track their progress over time.

📧 Individual athlete reports will be sent out via email this week. We can’t wait to keep building!
