Got an idea for an in-character activity, workshop, competition, stall or small event you would like to run at camp?

We are now taking Expressions of Interest for camp activities so we can plan the schedule, support hosts and make sure everything runs safely and smoothly.
If you would like to run something at camp, please fill in the Camp Activities Expression of Interest form.

This helps the team:
- review activities for safety and suitability
- make sure activities fit within the scale and story of the game
- plan the event schedule and avoid clashes
- support you with space, timing and logistics where possible

Please note:
Not all activity proposals can be approved.
Any in-character shops, stalls or market activities must operate in character and use in game copper or electronic payment only.
Swordcraft on a national scale is a cashless.
