Medieval & Fantasy Fest Volunteers!

We have confirmation that set-up can begin from 8:00am Saturday.

If you can make it there at 8am, please do! Set-up will begin as early as possible so everything can be ready and the day can run smoothly. It isn’t expected to take all day.

If you can’t make it for 8am but are able to come later, please still come along. Every bit of help is appreciated.

On Sunday (Day of the Event)
There are also two scheduled 30-minute performances during the day:

12:00pm – Performance
2:00pm – Performance

Reminder: There is NO game on Saturday 15th August.

The club will be attending Townsville Medieval and Fantasy Festival, represented by our registered volunteers. Our team will be bumping in and setting up on that Saturday for the next day's event.

If you aren't volunteering but have festival tickets, feel free to stop by and say hello at the event!
