UTS Exam period starts today and we want to wish everyone good luck!!
Also a reminder to be mindful and kind to yourself during this time, particularly if you are feeling stressed or anxious.

This past Monday, FitPals ran our second fitness session with Monday Mind!
Everyone was encouraged to try new yoga moves to de-stress and use the positive energy to tackle their assignments and upcoming exams.

If this sounds like you, join FitPals for our first fitness session on Tuesday the 29th of May at 10 am to get your blood pumping, de-stress and make a friend or two.
Our first session will be yoga in CB08.05.01. Mats will be supplied - just bring a towel!
