Rd 1 v Ricki-Lee - she got one back on me after I beat her last time around. Thanks Terry getting me sent - we'll get them next time 😉

Rd 2 v Leizel - super close race with only .0201 in it at the finish line. Liezels .061 on the tree to my 0.81 so I can't be disappointed with that

Rd 3 v Dakoda - finally got a win for the day

QDRC RD 4 - NEW CAR TIME

What a crazy week - got the new car over from Perth, got her stickered up and ready to race. First pass half track. First full pass was 8.05 and felt good! I got Ashleigh first round and broke out (maybe that was mums fault with a late dial in change but I'll let her off this time 🤣). Second round I got my sister Ricki-Lee and no one was going to go easy - I got the win though as she broke out. Thanks Blaze for sending me as dad was over on Rickis team 🤔 Rd 3 I got Caleb who is always on his game - I got him on the tree but he was to good for me and my dial in was way off. Good day of racing though and I'm excited to see what comes next with this combo

We decided to head to Benaraby for the weekend for something a little different. The staff were awesome and everyone was so encouraging to all the junior racers. It might have been a little race meet with only 4 of us entered but we were there just to have fun and run some passes. Turns out after 2 qualifiers one kid got disqualified for running to quick twice so it was down to three. I won all three of my races though - got Kilarney in the final and couldn't get the win. Thanks to Nathan (one of my dial a dads) for helping me at the start line when I was matched up against Ricki. Thanks to Craig and Nikki for letting us borrow their starter ALL WEEKEND 😳 as ours decided to die Friday afternoon. Thanks to Russ driving up just to watch and help when we needed him. Shagga for the great commentary! Was a great weekend catching up with everyone even if there was just 3 racers 🤣

Winternationals 2021

WELL ... first qualifying pass was a warning for going to quick. Add weight and second pass was a 8.79. Third pass Friday morning was a 8.52 (that was close to getting the boot 😬).

First pass for Rd 1 Saturday morning I struggled to get my car into full stage and ended up rolling the beams for a red 🤯

Not going to lie ... I was gutted to go out like that but on a positive that's my last meet as a B/JD. Soon I'll be going heads up as an A/JD against Ricki so it's about to get interesting 🤭

As ready as we're going to be for WINTERNATIONALS 2021 .... Bring it on 💪

WINTER WARM UPS 2021
I've had so many awesome people giving up their time over the last few weeks to try and get this car down the track without popping. Yesterday the last few passes showed that its right in the ball park of where we finally need it to be.

Last night we headed out to Willowbank to do some testing after a few more changes. After a half track pass we sent it full track and we're happy to see the car back to an 8.69. The second pass, after another change, was a little slower but more importantly it was another cleaner run then we've had. A few more changes coming this week and then it's out to the Winter warm-ups on Saturday.

While we wait for parts to come into Aus to fix my car we decided that it might be time for something a little new for the team!
