We’re excited to bring back our Pilates class just for teens in Term Four! We’ll alternate between Pilates and PHIIT Circuit (Pilates High Intensity Interval Training).

These classes are designed specifically for growing teen bodies — to build strength, balance out muscular imbalances and alignment issues, support sports performance, and boost confidence from the inside out 💪✨

🗓 Term 4 runs: 12 Oct – 7 Dec (inclusive)
👉 This class will only run if we reach minimum numbers, so if you’re keen, please register asap!

💸 Cost:
$170 if this is your only class with us
$155 if you already dance with us

What if you surprised yourself over the next 8 weeks? 💛

What if you challenged yourself to do just a little more than you think you’re capable of

At Move n Groove, we’ve seen it happen time and time again. Members who once thought certain exercises were impossible are now moving with strength and confidence. Members who joined hoping to ease aches and pains are now enjoying pain-free movement again.

That’s exactly why we’re launching our Move n Groove Pilates Bingo Challenge.

It’s not really about Bingo (although there are epic prizes to win, Move n Groove credit up for grabs and plenty of fun to be had 😉).

It’s about giving yourself a reason to show up a little more consistently, challenge yourself, try something new, and see what happens when you do.

💛 Challenge runs: 27 July – 17 September💛 Your Bingo card will be waiting for you in the studio. *open to any membership holders and recurring reformer bookings*
