This weekend has been absolutely incredible.
Had the amazing oportunity to assist to the VACC awards at and be plus one. So proud to be part of the "Support party team" for and Anglesea.
Lucky to be surrounded by the incredible people that works there and also some of the strong peeps that came too in case some heavy s**t needed to be lifted.

Such a night to remember and already looking forward to next year! KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK TEAM!

***BIG SHOUT OUT TO THIS GUY .van ***
About two years ago I wanted some pointers into strongman lifting and he was recommended. I had two sessions and this was basically the first time I ever had a coach one on one.
A year ago (roughly) I decided I had enough of CrossFit and wanted to get strong, like seriously strong. My first choice was to get Vernon to do my coaching. He made my program and we had weekly check ins. The progress I have made during this time has been mind blowing.
Every time I finished a program and I came up with another crazy idea, he would make the perfect program for me.
Now I'm doing a sort-of-powerlifting program and having one PT a week to work on improving my technique in the major lifts.
Is such a great learning experience and I can't wait to see how much I lift by the end of this block.
I got very lucky to have found a coach that matches what I look for and knows when to push me to do the best I can.

Now do yourself a favour and get Vernon 😁

Last day of my block.
I d say "Guns like CT Fletcher" Program is a success.
Time for some time off and overseas adventures.

Thank you to .van for this amazing programming and all the support throughout every day training. Can't wait to be back and start training for comp. ( let's get it 💪🏻)
Going to expand my flavour search with my travels to launch .nutrition new amazing flavours when im back.
Going to miss training at but I will be back in no time to this place that already feels like home.

I hope this post helps a begginer swimmer.

Last week I was very proud of my "active recovery" swim, but the following day I found myself with horrible knee pain. I was lucky to find a last minute appointment at and the conclusion is that I am an angry kicker 😂 after some taping, a few days of antiinflammatories and no knee locking exercises I felt the knee back to normal.
But I did enjoy swimming and wanted to get back. My amazing boy recommended to try this amazing BUOY (see what I did there?)
You put it between the legs so you don't kick and also helps them to float with you, then use your arms. I used it today for the first time and it blew my mind! I was able to focus on the movement of my arms, how they hit the water, how I turn my head and my breathing was on point.

Conclusion: if you are starting to swim and want to work on efficient breathing and how you use your arms, I HIGHLY recommend give this boy a try! I ment bouy 😂
