8 weeks completed and gee has killed it with amazing results.. proud of this woman’s determination and will power to push hard and reach her goals. From day one she has pushed hard with no complaints great work and keep kicking goals 😻💪 🙌

6 weeks shreds for this champion. What a 6 weeks it’s been watching you change not just physically but mentally becoming more confident and gaining strength in such a short time. Great work on this mini shred well deserved Bali trip. Keep kicking goals and kicking ass. I’m a proud coach 🙌

Another amazing transformation for one of the hardest most determined clients I have train thus far. Amy has come to me to change her lifestyle and life for the better and boy she never let me down or ceased to amaze me with some fierce fight and determination… with an almost 10kg drop in 8 weeks her body has transformed but what stands out the most to me is seeing that beautiful smile.
