It’s been on my mind for a while now that my feed isn’t exactly authentic to who I am. Fitness is only one part of my life.
My spiritual journey began 8 years ago when I did a workshop on Vedic meditation and started attending spiritual gatherings. Since then spiritual practices have only become more prominent in my life.
I owe all my success to the mindset I’ve achieved through spirituality 🙏
