As the Winter Lacrosse regular season comes to an end this weekend, we'd like to thank all players, coaches, officials, volunteers, and supporters for a fantastic season!

But don't pack away your sticks just yet... 👀

We're excited to share that a range of Summer Lacrosse opportunities for 2026-27 will be available soon. Keep an eye out for Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and registration forms, which will be released in the coming weeks.

​This weekend, the Sturt Devils are turning the field into a fairytale for our smallest hero, Margot!

​At just 5 years old, our U8 legend—who proudly wears #2—was recently diagnosed with leukaemia. Margot is facing the biggest battle of her life, but she isn’t doing it alone.

We are standing right beside her, 🥍 sticks in hand, magic ready.✨

​We’re hosting “Stick It 2 Leukaemia” for Margot, a special dress-up round to raise vital funds for Margot and her family. Since Margot loves all things magical, we want to see the sidelines and fields filled with colour!

🦸‍♀️ Dress as your favorite hero /fairytale character / tutus / sparkles or just bright colours! (Bonus points for unicorns 🦄)

2026 marks Gus’ 41st year as a member of GLC, having first played as an Under 12. With the sole exception of 2004, when he was recovering from an ACL reconstruction🩼, Gus has represented the club every season.
👏 This remarkable continuity reflects his enduring passion for the game and unwavering loyalty to Glenelg 💛🤍🖤.
🏅 Across four decades as a player and a quarter century as a coach, Gus has delivered service unmatched in its breadth and consistency. His loyalty, leadership, and dedication to developing players and sustaining senior teams have left an enduring impact on Glenelg Lacrosse Club.
