It is with great sadness that we advise you of the passing of our Life Member Don Bills, who died peacefully in his sleep in the past week. I am sure you will join us in passing on our condolences to Don's family at this sad time.

His funeral service is this Saturday 24th August at 11:00am at Fulham Funerals, 139 Holbrooks Road, Underdale.

The Tony Crafter Award for the best Umpire in Panel 1 is awarded to Darran Swain.
Darran has Won this Award 4 season’s in a row and continues to set a benchmark for all umpires. Darran continues to give back to the Association as a current member of the SACUSA Executive Committee and is our Current Standing President

The John Wilson Award was first Introduced in 2006/07 and is Presented to someone who has made an Outstanding Contribution to umpiring and/or cricket in general. Our 2023/24 John Wilson Award is awarded to Bruce Stribley. Bruce is a long standing member of SACUSA along with serving as a member of the Executive Committee. Bruce has umpired 568 games and is never short of a word

The Winner of the Max O’Connell Award for the best Panel 2 Umpire is Awarded to John Nemcic. John is a past winner of this award and is also a current member of the SACUSA Executive Committee

The Winner of the Steve Davis/Daryl Harper Award for the best Panel 3 & Development Squad Umpire is Shane Roberts. Shane is a current member of the SACUSA Executive Committee and has umpired in all grades over his career.

The 2023/24 Bucket/Hammond Award for the best Scorer is Awarded to David Kemp OAM. David has been a long time member of the Adelaide Cricket Club and has Scored across all grades over his scoring Career. David is a strong contributor not just with SACUSA and scoring through various SACA games, but in general to the sport of Cricket for over 50 years

The Winner of the Mel McInnes Award for the best Panel 4 Umpire is awarded to Terry Murch. Terry has been a member of SACUSA for many years and is always happy to put his hand up to help out with cooking the BBQ at our monthly meeting

The Joyce McMenamin Award is an Award which was first presented in 2015/16 and is awarded to a partner of a current or former SACUSA Member who has contributed towards SACUSA over an extended period of time. Our 2023/24 Joyce McMenamin Award is awarded to Angela Swain. Thank you Angela for all your contribution towards our Association

The Winner of the inaugural Neil Dansie OAM Memorial Award for the 2023/24 season is Mick Harper.
Mick has been a long time member of the Sturt District Cricket Club

The Peter Weeks Community Umpire of the Year for the 2023/24 season is awarded to Graham Wood from the Adelaide Turf Umpires Association

The Winner of the Colin Egar Award for the best 1st Year (Panel 5) Umpire is awarded to Binaya Khadka
