I’m a big believer in activity levels.
We don’t need to spend hrs in the gym every day, get outside and find something you enjoy doing that is going to get you 1 step closer to your goals.
This weekend for me was a trl carnival, the body is aching and a little tired but it sure was worth it.
The last game of the competition and we still managed a smile.

⚡️WHY I TRAIN THE WAY I DO⚡️
Hybrid model
- I lift heavy
- I lift light
- I lift fast
- I lift slow
- I run long distance
- I run short distance
- I train like a bodybuilder
- I train like a endurance athlete
- I train Olympic lifting
- I train with body weight movements
- I train with groups
- I train alone
Why on earth do I do that ?
1 - Becoming bored with your training is the fastest way to give up. Variety is key to staying interested.
2 - Pigeon hole training, where is the fun in saying all I do is run or lift weights. Learn different movements & try different training styles. Challenging the body to adapt and overcome is the best gift we can give to it.
3 - I want to be strong,fit & healthy. I’m planning on being here not just for a long time but a GOOD TIME. I want to be exploring, travelling, climbing mountains until the day I die.
4 - I want the option the stay and fight or run for my life if ever I get approached by a saber tooth 🐅

Why I became a pt.
⚡️Because I loved being fit and thought it would be a interesting job.
🔥What actually happened.
- Clients became great mates.
- Made deep connections.
- Changed peoples lives.
- Had them change mine.
- Personal growth.
- laughed.
- Had way to many nana naps.
- Helped create balanced lifestyles.
& I guess along the way
Help a few people drop kg’s & get strong AF.
None of this would of been possible without all my amazing clients.
A huge appreciation to you all for letting me in your lives and allowing me to do what I love every day.

Magical Mykonos
What a place to visit, peaceful by day, chaos by night.
Some places just blew my mind and my bank balance and this was one of them.
Can not wait to jump on a plane and go exploring.

The benefits of a strong deadlift will stay with you forever. Gaining posterior chain strength will make your every day task simple.

PLITVICE LAKES NATIONAL PARK
OH MY GOD, the photos do not do this place justice. The water is something like you have never seen, the waterfalls are next level. If you can get there just outside peak season because the crowds can get ridiculous.
You can walk for hours and hours here.
When you are on holidays are you active or chill AF ?
I love nothing more than getting out and exploring, i'm 100% not the person to lay by the pool and let the day pass.
