1- Stepped the run up to 2:1 today in my return to run program. 2- Floki has his stretch. 3- my view from stretching on the grass. He took the comfy option - he was pooped. 😂😂

Happy to report have kicked off my return to run program. Run two on the board today with this groover for company. He was such a good boy and even settled in to my intervals.
