Back in 2006 I was in a near fatal car accident where I almost lost the use of my left arm and leg.
But when I found the gym and the iron lifestyle I was determined to strengthen in each training phase to actually achieve a chin up.
To actually lift my own body weight using the limb I almost lost the ability to use. But through your training and transformation you can progress to great things in achieving your goal as I have as your drive and determination become greater the further you go. Working the dumbbells in your transformation is just as important in building the bar. They activate a number of different muscles as well as isolating in the movement for overall body strength and helping in your coordination and stability in muscles and joints. If you are not much experienced in the main lifts I can help you in your progression in working to the bar in strengthening through machine work and dumbbells in your transformation

I like to focus in machine work helping any beginner in their transformation to strengthen in the movement. As we progress you to the bar as well as providing dumbbell exercises in overall body strength. As we strengthen those imbalances and weaknesses in progressing in your complete body transformation
