Congratulations to Sam Haslett on signing with Bendigo United Cricket Club for the 2026/27 Bendigo District Cricket Association campaign.

The Irishman represented his country at the recent U19 World Cup and will now embark on his maiden season on Australian soil, where he’ll be looking to make an immediate impact at Harry Trott Oval.

Congratulations to John Keeling on signing with Bendigo United Cricket Club for the 2026/27 Bendigo District Cricket Association campaign.

Set to call Harry Trott Oval home for the summer, John will embark on his maiden season on Australian soil. The off-spinner will be looking to make an immediate impact in red and white come October.

Massive news for one of our own ❤️

The Bendigo United Cricket Club couldn’t be prouder of former player Jack Bouwmeester, who has been signed by the San Francisco 49ers as an undrafted free agent in the NFL.

From his days at Bendigo United to competing with the Texas Longhorns, Jack’s journey is a testament to hard work, dedication, and backing yourself every step of the way.

To see one of our own take on the biggest stage in American sport is something truly special. The whole club will be right behind you, Jack — we can’t wait to see what’s next 👏🔥

As Tom Kesteven heads back home to the UK, we want to take a moment to thank him for his outstanding contribution to the Bendigo United Cricket Club this season.

From day one, TK bought into the club both on and off the field. His impact, attitude and willingness to get around the group made him a valued part of the BUCC family, and someone we’ve all loved having around.

While we’re sad to see him go, this isn’t goodbye — just see you later. TK, you’ll always be welcome back at Bendigo United, and you’ll forever be a part of our club.

⚪SENIOR COACH ANNOUNCEMENT 🔴

Bendigo United Cricket Club is thrilled to announce that club legend & the league’s all-time leading run scorer, Heath Behrens, will take the reins as Senior Coach for the 2026/27 season.

Heath’s experience, knowledge, and passion for the club will be invaluable to our playing group. As one of the greats of the competition, he brings a wealth of cricketing insight and leadership that will help drive standards and continue building a strong, competitive environment.

We’re incredibly excited to see what Heath can bring to the role and cannot wait for the season to come around.

We would also like to sincerely thank Harry Donegan for his leadership over the past couple of seasons. Harry has done a fantastic job and leaves the role having built a really solid platform for the club moving forward.

We are incredibly proud to announce that Harry Donegan has been awarded Life Membership of the Bendigo United Cricket Club.

This honour recognises Harry’s outstanding contribution, commitment, and passion for the club over a long period of time. It’s a truly special achievement and one that is thoroughly deserved.

We also want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Harry for his service as Senior Coach over the past couple of seasons. His leadership, dedication, and impact on the group have been invaluable.

Harry has made the decision to step down from the coaching role, and while he may be moving on from that position, his legacy and influence will continue to be felt across the club.

Congratulations, Harry – and thank you for everything ❤️🤍
