Easy to follow steps. No choreography to try to remember. Music from the 60s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, a touch of Latin and today to keep you moving!

Come along and move to music with us! Only $10pp. Thursdays at 6pm. Lots of free parking.

Note: drive along belmore road as if you are heading toward the m5 ramp. Just before the lights, you’ll see the MIISC on the right. there’s a right turning lane (before the lights) turn right and you’ll see the car park in front of you and the centre to your right.

Salsa and rueda classes are open to all who have danced before. Learn some cool moves for the dance floor and have fun with us.

Class times are:
6pm to 6.45pm move to music class
7pm to 7.45pm salsa improver/inter
8pm to 9pm rueda open
