In the spirit of yoga, we are reminded that while the body changes through every stage of life, the atma remains eternal. Through yoga, breath, devotion, and balanced living, we learn to care for the body while staying connected to the soul 🤍

We are currently looking for teachers who can offer:

This is a Karma Yoga / voluntary / seva-based opportunity, perfect for teachers who feel called to serve, grow, connect with community, and be part of a sacred space.

In exchange, we offer:

✨ Free 1:1 mentoring once a month
✨ A supportive and spiritually grounded community

Creating space for stillness within leadership 🌿

Yesterday had the honour of guiding a wellness session for the leaders at Keiki . Through breathwork, sound and gentle awareness practices, we explored how cultivating inner calm can support more conscious and compassionate leadership.

When leaders are grounded, patient and present, it naturally flows into the spaces and people they nurture each day.

A heartfelt thank you to for the invitation and for supporting the wellbeing of their leaders in such a meaningful way.
