YUMMY SMOOTHIE RECIPES
π₯ 1. Mango Banana Smoothie (Top Left)
Ingredients:
Mango chunks
Banana slices
Basic Recipe:
1 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 banana
1/2 cup milk or orange juice
Optional: a few ice cubes or a splash of yogurt for creaminess
π 2. Strawberry Banana Oat Smoothie (Top Right)
Ingredients:
Strawberries
Banana
Oats
Basic Recipe:
1 cup strawberries
1 banana
2 tablespoons oats
1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
Optional: honey or maple syrup to sweeten
π₯ 3. Avocado Banana Smoothie (Middle Left)
Ingredients:
Avocado
Banana
Basic Recipe:
1/2 ripe avocado
1 banana
1/2 cup milk (any kind)
Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or vanilla
π 4. Raspberry Banana Smoothie (Middle Right)
Ingredients:
Raspberries
Banana
Basic Recipe:
1 cup raspberries
1 banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or milk
Optional: a dash of honey or agave syrup

Ingredients:
Banana
Chocolate milk
Basic Recipe:
1 banana
1 cup chocolate milk (or milk + 1 tbsp cocoa powder + sweetener)
Optional: a spoonful of peanut butter for extra flavor

1. Green Veggie & Egg Plate π₯¦π₯
Ingredients:
π₯¦ Steamed broccoli
π± Fresh green beans
π₯ 2 boiled eggs, halved
Instructions:
Arrange broccoli, green beans, and eggs on the plate.
Drizzle with olive oil or a light vinaigrette.
2. Arugula & Corn Plate π½π₯¬
Ingredients:
π₯¬ Fresh arugula
π½ 1/4 cup sweet corn kernels
π₯ 3 boiled quail eggs
Instructions:
Place arugula as the base, adding corn and eggs on top.
Serve with a light lemon dressing.
3. Grilled Fish & Broccoli Plate ππ₯¦
Ingredients:
π Grilled fish fillet
π₯¦ 1/2 cup steamed broccoli
π½ 1/4 cup corn kernels
Instructions:
Arrange fish, broccoli, and corn on the plate.
Add a small side of mustard or spicy dipping sauce.
4. Shrimp, Egg & Corn Plate π€π₯π½
Ingredients:
π€ 1/2 cup cooked shrimp
π₯ 2 boiled eggs, halved
π½ 1/4 cup corn
π± Snap peas for garnish
Instructions:
Arrange shrimp, eggs, and corn neatly on the plate.
Sprinkle with salt and chili flakes for extra flavor.
5. Cucumber & Grilled Fish Plate π₯π
Ingredients:
π Grilled fish fillet
π₯ 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
π± Snap peas for garnish
Instructions:
Arrange fish, cucumber, and peas on the plate.
Serve with a side of lemon or garlic sauce.

Ingredients:
