YUMMY SMOOTHIE RECIPES

πŸ₯­ 1. Mango Banana Smoothie (Top Left)
Ingredients:

Mango chunks
Banana slices

Basic Recipe:
1 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 banana
1/2 cup milk or orange juice
Optional: a few ice cubes or a splash of yogurt for creaminess

Ingredients:

Strawberries

Banana
Oats

Basic Recipe:
1 cup strawberries
1 banana
2 tablespoons oats
1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
Optional: honey or maple syrup to sweeten

Ingredients:

Avocado
Banana

Basic Recipe:
1/2 ripe avocado
1 banana
1/2 cup milk (any kind)

Ingredients:

1. Green Veggie & Egg Plate πŸ₯¦πŸ₯š
Ingredients:
πŸ₯¦ Steamed broccoli
🌱 Fresh green beans
πŸ₯š 2 boiled eggs, halved
Instructions:
Arrange broccoli, green beans, and eggs on the plate.
Drizzle with olive oil or a light vinaigrette.
2. Arugula & Corn Plate 🌽πŸ₯¬
Ingredients:
πŸ₯¬ Fresh arugula
🌽 1/4 cup sweet corn kernels
πŸ₯š 3 boiled quail eggs
Instructions:
Place arugula as the base, adding corn and eggs on top.
Serve with a light lemon dressing.
3. Grilled Fish & Broccoli Plate 🐟πŸ₯¦
Ingredients:
🐟 Grilled fish fillet
πŸ₯¦ 1/2 cup steamed broccoli
🌽 1/4 cup corn kernels
Instructions:
Arrange fish, broccoli, and corn on the plate.
Add a small side of mustard or spicy dipping sauce.
