I am passionate about the power of yoga in bringing people together, especially during pregnancy.
My pregnancy yoga classes provide a perfect balance between strength and gentle flow with an aim to harness and draw energy inwards, bringing a feeling of freedom, space and total body relaxation.
With over 100 hours of specialist post graduate pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher training, and more than 5 years teaching experience, I have a deep knowledge and understanding of how best to support women’s wellness during this special time.

🌬Did you know that MOST of us OVER BREATHE?
🌬 Did you know that MANY of us breathe an INVERTED BREATH, meaning that our DIAPHRAGM MOVES UP instead of DOWN when we inhale?
🌬 Did you know that NASAL breathing calms our NERVOUS SYSTEM which LOWERS our STRESS HORMONES?
🧘 Did you know that YOGA encourages us to SLOW down our BREATH, encourages EXPANSIVE diaphragmatic BREATHING (when the diaphragm moves down on the inhale) and gives us the opportunity to practice NASAL BREATHING?
🧘 AND all this whilst we MOVE MINDFULLY and FEEL into OUR BODY.
🧘YOGA allows us to escape the sensory world we live in offering us the GIFT of SLOWING DOWN and the MAGIC of NOURISHING and HEALING our whole self.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE teaching yoga at UPPER BROOKFIELD COMMUNITY HALL.
It is beautiful venue tucked away in nature with a special energy.
Classes are WEDNESDAY 6.30 - 7.30 pm and FRIDAY 9.30 -10.30 am.
