President representing in Fiji 🫡 🇫🇯🇦🇺

Georgina Talei Prasad, a member of the Tuggeranong Valley Rugby Union Football Club, better known as the Tuggeranong Vikings in Canberra, visited the Fiji Rugby Union this afternoon during a short trip home.

Georgina said her visit was also an opportunity to meet former club member John Sanday and reconnect with family and friends.

“I always look forward to eating my food when I come back to Fiji. I miss the traditional food, the fish and all the fruits,” she said.

Born in Suva, she attended the International School before moving to Australia, where she completed high school.

She also has her eyes firmly on the Rugby World Cup, saying she has tickets and will be cheering for Fiji alongside her family.

Vikings Rugby is proud to announce the return of Andrew Fraser as our new Director of Rugby and First Grade Coach, commencing November 2026.

A proud former Vikings player, Andrew is coming home with the experience, drive and high-performance pedigree to take Vikings Rugby to the next level. He knows what the jersey means, understands the strength of our community and is ready to build a program that sets the benchmark across the competition.

Andrew brings a proven record of leading teams, raising standards and delivering results. As Head Coach and High Performance Program Manager with Queensland Reds Super W, he drove the program to the 2025 Super W Grand Final.

As Head of Rugby at the University of Queensland Rugby Union Football Club, Andrew aligned more than 450 players and staff behind a unified vision, increased player participation, strengthened recruitment and stakeholder engagement, and expanded the club’s coaching capability. His coaching journey has also included roles with Queensland Reds, Bond Bullsharks, NSW Juniors, Hunter Wildfires and successful community rugby programs.

The mission is clear: build a connected, high-performance and values-driven rugby program, one that competes hard, develops great people and puts Vikings Rugby at the forefront of the game.

Welcome home, Andrew. The next chapter starts now. 🔴⚪️

Thank you, Ryan Schultz, for your outstanding contribution to Tuggeranong Vikings Rugby Union Club as our Director of Rugby and First Grade Coach.

As Ryan returns to Brisbane at the end of the 2026 season, we acknowledge the passion, professionalism and leadership he has brought to our players, coaches and wider club community.

His work has helped build a connected, high-performing Vikings program, with success across every grade and a club culture we can all be proud of.

Ryan’s impact goes beyond the results. He has worked tirelessly to develop our young players as young men and women outside of the game, supported our coaches to develop and helped foster the pride, resilience and togetherness that defines the Tuggeranong Vikings Rugby Club.
