Hi all,

I have been coaching in WA for just over 2 years now and in that time have managed to keep my prices as low as I can with no increases. This is because I strongly believe that good training needs to be affordable not elitist, sadly events over recent weeks have forced the inevitable. I have already spoken with some of my clients regarding this and I’m sure many of you will be expecting this message but I still loath the fact that this is necessary.

As of April 1st my prices will be increasing to the following:
- Private lesson at your own property/ agistment $80
- Shared (2 riders) lesson at your own property/ agistment $70/ rider
- Private lesson at Kyamba (including school hire) $95
- Private lesson at Kyamba (including school and horse hire) $120
- Clinics at Darling Downs will remain at $65 and clinics at Kyamba Lodge will increase to $65 from the May date onwards

I value the customer base I have built over the last few years and your ongoing support and I trust that you will understand my decision.

There are still bulk buy lesson packages to purchase via my website; pay for 5 lessons and get the 6th free, these are available for:
- Private lessons at your property/ agistment
- Private lessons at Kyamba (including arena hire)
- Private lessons at Kyamba (including horse and arena hire)
Prices for these packages will rise to reflect the new lesson prices from April 1st so if you want to purchase at the old price be quick!
I apologise if there is anyone that was unaware of this option.

All vouchers already purchased prior to the price increase will be honoured and will only expire 3 years from the date of purchase.

All club bookings already confirmed will be invoiced at the originally agreed price. All new bookings from April 1st will be invoiced at a price of $110/ hr.

Riding, coaching and training horses should be multi facetted and all inclusive, riding well is as much about your mindset and approach as it is about skill and ability.
This approach is commonly applied by elite athletes but can benefit all, regardless of ability and I believe everyone should have access to it.
I strive to educate and inspire riders to train horses with empathy to develop them to the best of their ability.

I wanted to welcome all my new followers and let you know a little about me.
Originally from the UK, where I had been a coach for over 20 years, I moved to Western Australia in 2023.
I provide one to one dressage coaching and group pole work clinics, travelling to my clients and anchor teaching locations from my home in Warnbro.
My coaching is about clear, correct training to promote understanding for every horse and rider not elitism.
You don't need competition goals, just curiosity.

For those coming to my dressage surgery at Kyamba Lodge on Sunday please come down Wades road slowly and take the first left into the drive, see the photo for where to park.
It should go without saying but please clean up any droppings or hay when you leave.
Your time slot is for your warm up time so please come to the arena at the time you booked in for. Please enter the arena at the far end (furthest from the paddocks).
