Welcome to West Point Isa and Kadima!

Coming to West Point with a wealth of Senior coaching experience and knowledge, we’re excited to introduce to you our new Head Coach, Isa James Bale and his Assistant Coach Kadima.

“I chose West Point because I believe in building from the ground up and embracing the underdog challenge. I’m excited to lay strong foundations, shift mindsets and build a team that doesn’t just compete, but genuinely believes in what it can achieve.

💚🖤 WOMEN LEADING THE WAY. FEMALE COACHES LEVELLING UP. ⚽

Behind every strong football club is a community of people committed to learning, growing and creating opportunities for the next generation. At West Point, we’re proud to see our women doing exactly that!

This year our President, Natasha, was awarded the first ever Nike CoacHER scholarship for the B-Diploma of Goalkeeping and also stepped into the role as a Coach Mentor as part of the Football Victoria CoacHER program - supporting the growth, development and representation of women in football. 🙌

And Natasha isn’t the only one to represent our club through this program, there’s been plenty more happening behind the scenes.

Over the past 18 months, through CoacHER, SIX more of our female coaches and players have been building their knowledge and levelling up their coaching qualifications. 📚⚽

These women are showing up, putting in the work and continuing to develop their skills to provide the best possible experiences for our players.

Because growing women's football isn't just about getting more girls on the pitch. It's about creating pathways for women to lead, coach, learn and thrive at every level of the game.

We're incredibly proud of the women who are helping shape the future of West Point Soccer Club - both on and off the pitch.

West Point Soccer Club is currently seeking enthusiastic, dedicated coaches and assistant coaches, to join our growing team for the upcoming season!

𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬:

We’re also looking for coaches of all levels to help develop and inspire players across other various age groups.

Our Miniroos grading days are on the horizon and we can't wait to see the pitches fill up as players lace up their boots and take to the pitch to claim a place in a team for the 2027 season.

💚 OPEN TRAINING - Girls 12-16yo 💚

Come and try a session with Coach Madelyn next Monday 5th October!

This session is a great way to try out soccer and learn a few new skills while you’re at it.

You’ll be welcomed by some of our junior girls who have continued training in the off season and are looking for new teammates to join them in 2027.
