Happy Motherโs Day to all the incredible mums, carers, grandmothers, and mother figures in our community ๐
On Friday, some of our participants and staff celebrated a little early with a beautiful high tea at Trilogy 101 hospitality, filled with lovely food, great company, and plenty of laughs.
Today we celebrate the love, strength, patience, and support you provide every single day. Whether youโre caring for children, family members, friends, or those around you, your impact never goes unnoticed.
From all of us at APD Mental Health Support Services, we hope your day is filled with love, appreciation, and a little time for yourself ๐

Thereโs been a lot of talk recently about changes to the NDIS, and we know it can feel confusing or even a bit worrying.
We wanted to share this simple โeasy readโ update to help break things down. The main takeaway right now is that there are no big immediate changes, and most of whatโs being discussed is still in early stages.
What this means for you:
โ๏ธ Your current supports continue as normal
โ๏ธ Thereโs time to prepare for any future changes
โ๏ธ Weโre here to guide and support you every step of the way
If you have questions, concerns, or just want to talk it through, reach out to us anytime ๐

Support worker Alana and our gorgeous participant Emahlie enjoyed another lovely weekend together recently, making the most of some well-deserved relaxation and fun!
They were treated to getting their nails done, caught a movie, took in the beautiful views from the Monument, and finished it all off with some delicious food.
Weekends like these are all about getting out, trying new things, and creating great memories together. ๐๐
